Accidently installed same serial on another networked machine. Only discovered this a couple weeks later. I believe there's an easier way to change the serial rather than deinstall and reinstall, but the solution is not obvious by any means.

Can anyone help? When I create a table in an Outlook message and use shading within the table, when I print out the table the shading doesn't print. It does if I use Word and print out the same table, but not through Outlook. Any suggestions? Thanks
