So my MS Office keeps getting shut down after about a minute because I'm apparently using the same product key from multiple computers. I checked every computer logged in on my network in the house. Currently, there are 4 computers on the network. One's a Windows, one's a Mac

I installed Office 2004 from CD but it's running in "trial" mode. Not sure what I did wrong (I even entered the serial number). Is there anything I can do to get out of trial mode, or should I try a reinstall?

My daughter has been given a .wps document from the PC version of Microsoft Works. Does anyone know how to open and view this document on a Mac? I've tried Appleworks 6, Office 2004, OpenOffice, TextEdit. Thanks!

I'm hoping someone can please help me to help a friend who is in need. I am in Germany to attend his wife's unexpected funeral and help him out with his 4 young children and his small business. Well, one of the things I did was convince him to switch from an old PC to a new iMac.

Dear Microsoft developers, I'm a Mac user, who's new to Mac. And I used to be Windows user as most of the people. The thing I'm sad about now is the Microsoft Office for the mac.

I have found that when I print from Word or excel on my Canon MP110 the colour is too faint. When i save to PDF it looks fine. Any ideas?

I have three product keys with my student teacher edition. When I try and install them on three computers on one network it tells me that this version is currently being used by another license and quits. Has anyone seen this before, is there a way to check which product keys are

I created two powerpoint presentations on my PowerBook G4. These are being donated to a local museum and high school. They look fabulous on my mac. But, when I made a presentation yesterday to a church group, some of the photos did not show up - they said that they were TIFF

I'm running Office 2004 on a Mac Mini under OS 10.4.8. On Saturday I exported an item from my mail to tidy it up before transferring it to my Pilot. That's something I do quite frequently. When I tried to open the (text) file, Word said "This is not a valid Web

Everything is going well for my son. He is using Office Test drive and we've moved to Dubai from the UK. Isn't there anyway to just legitimise the Office software by paying online for the Student teacher version of Office and letting him carry on using his Mac?
