I recently upgraded from OS 10.1.3 to 10.4.8 and also from MS Office 98
to 2004.  My Excel, PowerPoint and Entourage open fine but the Word
will not open, just gets stuck there on the introductory screen and I
have to Force Quit.  I already rebooted the computer.  What to do?

Is there any software, free or otherwise that will actually save the

Rather than download at that site, I updated by going under Entourage's Help
pulldown menu to "Check for Updates."

Is there some way to use the product key from the 2003 version for PC
that I just purchased for my new MacBook Pro? I was hoping I wouldn't
have to buy office again just because I got a mac!

I installed the update for office X as directed. Now, when I try and
open a file in any Office application, I get an error meeage. I now
have to manually open the application before opening a file otherwise
the file will not open. What's the deal?
