How is it that there are addresses in my Entourage address book that I can not erase? they all have < at the beginning and > at the end. Also have a little blue dot in front instead of the icon that looks like a game piece.

I've just installed Office 2004 on my new Powerbook. It claims to open Appleworks Files in Word and Excel but doesn't seem to recognise any of them when I try. I tried giving them a .cwk extension but that didn't help.

I need to get a new CD-RW/DVD Rom drive for my daughters HP Pavillion because it is not reading the cds correctly. Can I just buy an external drive instead of taking it to a computer shop to have an internal put in? This would be alot easier I would think, but I did not know if ...

I own Office:mac 2004 Student and Teacher Edition. I have one copy installed on a Powerbook that now has a bad logic board. It will work however for about 10 min. before freezing. Is there a way to remove that copy and keep the product code and install it on my new Powerbook.

Am on 10.4.3 Wanting to install the 11.2.1 Office X updater but can't because for it to work, i need to first upgrade entourage, I go and get the update to do so and it jsut gives me the 11.2.1 updater! How do i get around this prblem

I just tried to insert an equation in Word using Equation Editor. I get "The server application, source file, or item cannot be found. Make sure the application is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."

Is there a way to Assign Tasks in Entourage, then e-mail the "Task" to an assignee's e-mail address, the same feature that is in Outlook? Who is our advocate at Apple or Microsoft to get some of these basic features added to Entourage that have been found in Outlook for years?

It appears that Entourage doesn't have a setting that allows the "next message" to be read, only "previous message" or "close window" Is there somewhere else that "next message" will automatically come up when a message is deleted?
