What's the 3rd Virtual PC disk for?09 Jul 2005 19:44 GMT1
Just got Virtual PC for Mac, installed it, and was only called upon by the
installation program to use the first two installation disks.
But there's a 3rd disk, called "Additional Windows system files".  I'm
curious: what's this for, and when would I use it?

I'm not savy with Mac OS's or software, but have been told to help an
employee migrate their Office2001 generated docs to an XP PC that will
have Office 2003 installed on it.  Can anybody out there clue me in on
best practices/steps to accomplish this task. I'm assuming that

I have my own MS Word program (CD) which is installed on my new IMac
(it came across from my old Mac when I migrated the old Mac's HD.).
Unfortunarely my new iMac came with a test drive version of MS OFFICE
which expires in a few weeks.

I just downloaded a label template (Avery 8871) and now I'd like to
save it so it can be accessed from the label wizard in Word 2004 for
Mac. Where does it go?

I just installed Office X onto my mac.  Everything worked great,
including the product key.  Then I downloaded the latest update from
Mactopia.  Now when I try to open any part of Office, it asks for the
product key again.  I enter it in, but it tells me that it is an

I have a CD with 3 licenses on it: I have installed the same copy of
Office on my PB and my main machine (ok per the license), and now have
2 other computers using the 3 licenses on the network. I am getting a
"close down" on the third computer, because I suspect that the program

I can't find how to change the font-color from black into yellow.

Is this possible?  New to InfoPath.  I have saved approx 5 documents using
InfoPath.
I then realized that some changes needed to be made to my template.  How can

Shortly after installing my new Tiger OS on my Powermac G5, my
Microsoft Office file and applications disappeared from the Dock and
the Applications folder. Mysteriously, however, I could still open Word
files by double-clicking on them as usual. I tried to reinstall my

Hi this has been a bad one for me , Entourage works fine..BUT all the
other office applications crash at the loading screen with this error.
