I have an iBook (G3, 800 Mhz, OS X 10.3.9) running Office 2004. Lately, if I receive an email with a Word attachment, Mail hangs (I see the spinning beach ball). This also happens with Thunderbird. If I open a folder containing a .doc file, the Finder hangs.

After installing Tiger on my iMac G5, I get a message about corrupt fonts everytime I start Word. I saw a message about uninstalling before the update, so I uninstalled Office, re-installed the Tiger upgrade, and re-installed Office. Result is the same problem all over again.

I can't install Microsoft office onto my Windows 2000 professional operating system. As it is installing, about a 3rd of the way through, error message 1305 comes up: cant find or locate: D:\PFile\common\system\OLEB\MSOLAP.DLL Can you help or advise?.

Since I've had Entourage X (part of Office X) for Mac, I've been unable to print e-mails. Instead I get an "An unknown error (-50) occurred". This problem has followed me through several versions of OS X and is still present in Tiger. The printer is a Canon i9100 and it prints well
