I am about to start using my G4 Powerbook (1.5 GHz, 512, OSX v 10.3.9) at work and just purchased Office Professional because of the fact VPC is bundled with it. I already have Office loaded (teacer/student pack) and wonder what will happen when I load this newer version?

I am using 10.3.8 and recently, I can't get Word, PowerPoint, or Excel to print because it says "No Printer Selected" where you can select the printers. Entourage is the only component that allows for printing. I can save as a PDF and then print it from preview (or any other ...

| Does Office for OSX need Office 2001? | 21 May 2005 21:48 GMT | 1 |
I'm trying to clear up some room on my hard drive, and I see that Office 2001 takes up about 400mb of space. I'd like to remove it because I don't use the Classic environment on my Mac. The thing is, I upgraded from Office 2001 to Office X back in late 2001/early 2002.

Awhile ago I posted that I was having install problems. I followed the MVP procedure for uninstalling Office, and I uninstalled the software. The odd thing was that Office 2004 was still there! So I deleted it and went from there.

| Can I replace my disks? | 20 May 2005 15:39 GMT | 5 |
I _know_ this will sound bogus, but I've truly-rooly lost my Office Mac disks. I've searched high and low and have come to the inclusion that they've fallen into a wormhole and are being used on another planet. This is no big problem at the moment as I have the apps. installed and

| Problems with Office 2004 and Tiger | 20 May 2005 14:34 GMT | 15 |
I've had major problems with Office ever since installing Tiger, though I'm not completely sure Tiger is the culprit. Excel runs at a snails pace - I have to wait several seconds each time I input any number in a cell. Also, both Excel and Word crash (stop responding) when loading ...

Like Jonzy, I did not know that Office 2004 Test Drive was on my new iMac when I installed the full version. Not to worry: I ran the removal application from my hard drive. But it gave me a choice between removing Office X (yet another version of this suite is on the computer
