I have a large group of Office v.X users who are experiencing constant
errors when the launch any Office app - they are presented with the
Office v.X setup assistant that asks them for their name and
organization and to accept the support information. Deleting the Office

could anyone help me. I am trying to use some diacritics in Word 2004,
but seem only to be able to insert them if I use Character Palette or
changing the keyboard language, both of which take time (I am writting
in English but some place/people names need letters with accents on

When I try to check grammer and spelling on Office X it says that this
feature is unabailable because the tool is not installed. Is their
anyway to download the dictionary tool offline?? Thanks.

I received a message with an attached .asx file.  None of the programs
I have seems to open it.  Please advise what program available for a
Mac will open the file.

My computers include a HP rugged tablet with XP pro and a Mac
Powerbook.OS X.3.5.
Each system uses the native version of Office.
I use the MS for Mac Remote Desktop program with AirPort to use the

I've been having problems with screen artifacts in Powerpoint 2004. It
seems to be confined to when I'm working with text. This was a general
problem with Office X (which was fixed with one of the service packs)
and I'm surprised to see it crop up again.
