I am reinstalling Office X on some computers at work and I am coming across problems with Product Keys. 2 CDs will let me install them with 2 different product keys but they generate different product id's. I'm not sure why this is. Does anyone know why? Also, I have an upgrade

I have some older files created with Word 6.0/95 versions on a PC and when I open them, modify them and try to save them, they won't save without changing the name. I tried trying turning off the "check documents for compatibility" button, but it still won't let me save

Got an issue here need someone's advice. I have installed the Adobe prior to the Mac office. Because of that, the PDF converter icon is not installed into any of the MAC office software. Do I have to re-install Adobe to get the icon or there's an easier way. Please help.

Shortly after installation of Office 2004 (Mac) the Language button of Word disappeared. New preferences rectified that. A few days later Language did its nut again when no matter how often I clicked English UK it won't hold on to it (or any other Englishdictionary either).
