Where did the Einstein assistant go?

How can I find/install a different "office assistant?"
The only one that came with Office 2004 is the goofy 'Mac' computer
dude. I want my SupePup back like I had with the previous MS-Office
vX.

I just installed Office:Mac 2004.  I really like the Project Center concept
but I can't figure out if there is a way to share projects with PC users.  I
know I can only share with Mac users of Entourage 2004 but is there anything
like this on the PC?

The Mac came pre-loaded with the 30 day trial. I have since loaded
Office but when I open an old file (moved over from a PC)  it still
opens the trial software. I tried to move the trial version to trash

I would like to keep Office Notifications open all the time, but it's really
a pain that the window is always on top. Is there any way to change the
behavior of the window? I'd like to let it go to the back and be obscured
when bringing another application to the foreground.
