Since yesterday, I can no longer use the "Email this file" command in the
FIles and FOlders task panel.   I get the small dialogue box which asks if I
wish to keep original size or reduce file size, but once that is clicked,
nothing else happens.

I can't send e-mail.  I get an error message.  E-mails are now in my outbox.  
When I attempt to send them from the outbox, I get the error message again.  
All of the e-mail addresses are correct, so that is not the problem.

I changed my password this morning to something similar to what I had it to not forget. But of course a few hours later I forgot it. It there a number I can call to change my password by phone or is there a way to restart it.

Spell checker in OE is in French as I don't speak French I would like it in
English. How can I change it. Running Outlook Express 6 on XP.
