I have been trying to back up my Outlook Express account and when I try to open the Store Folder, which is in WordPad format, everything is garbled up. None of the emails look like the original and I don't know what I have done wrong. Can someone with more experience help me ...

I have used OE for years, but now I can receive emails, but cannot open them. When I click on an email, the subject shows on the bar at the bottom of the screen but they do not open. I cannot type in a new message to send. I cannot open any of the previous messages.

I get this message quite often, especially if I try to open a message from a search. "Outlook Express encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
