Tried emailing Micro Soft for help but brushed off to here. I use
Mailwasher,great, and receive my emails OK. Cannot send them. I have done
everything I can possibly think of but still cannot get them off. Started a
week ago for no reason I can find. I have upgraded to IE 7 yet ...

For a period from early February to 28 March emails coming into inbox
disappeared.  Could see there were incoming messages, but didn't appear.  Ran
compact folders and now emails are coming in, but lost emails in that time.  
Can they be recovered?  Should I disable virus scan ...

I am temporarly staying with my daughter and using her internet.  Her
provider is sky.
I have tried to set up my email using outlook express (my provider is
tiscali) on her computer , i am recieving emails fine but keep getting the

I have Outlook Express and Microsooft Outlook wants to override it.  How can
I uninstall Microsoft Outlook?

How do I recover e-mails I have deleted on Outlook Express?
I got rid of some really important info by accident and desperately need to
retrieve it.

I have outlook express 6 and Windows XP SP2. Starting yesterday, I get an
error message when I try to send an email. It says that host has been
blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org. There is a server error 550 and the error
number is O or 0 followed by a multiplication sign followed by ...

I cannot delete certain messages in my Inbox.   I have been dragging them
into my "Draft" folder just to get them out. When I try deleting them out of
my "Draft" folder...they won't delete out of there either.

I receive my e-mails and wen I open them, there are empty. Only the e-mails
from sites like Ebay have tekst. The only think what's in is this:
No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG.

I'm not able to click on links to the internet from my received emails.I was
able to  use this function and now for some reason it doesn't work. Any
suggestions???? Thanks

For the past couple of weeks. my emails will not open when I double click on
them.  Similarly if I start a new email message I always have to expand it to
complete the process.
Using XP SP 2 and IE7

An apparent random selection of my OE folders are suddenly empty. My Inbox,
Deleted and a few other folders are fine. What happened? Can I retrieve my
emails from the folders? I can see the .dbx files my hardrive.

- the receive function it's working
but when i want to compose a new email or access my address book, i  receive
a pop-up error with : " can not access your address book "
( not working with copy/paste ... with another wab file )

using OE6 on XP
I deleted my main identity by mistake when trying to set up a second one.
I went into the recycle bin and clicked on restore for all the files...but I
don't know where they went and running search did not find them

I need to backup all of my messages and contacts from Outlook Express 6 to an
external drive.  I need to do a complete re-install of my entire computer and
don't want to lose all me OL Express messages and contacts.  How do I back
all of this up to an external drive?
