I have high speed connection but want to use OE6 for my msn mail but I cannot
find the POP or smtp servers that OE6  asks for. I got the charter's from
them but want to use my msn address too.
I don't know how to find this info.

having trouble with the date order of postings - when I open a newsgroup the
dates are all jumbled up - can any tell me how to get them in the correct
date order

Outlook Express Error.  I am using Windows XP Home, Outlook Express 6.00.2600
with SP2, IE 7, and Zone Alarm Security Suite 7.0.337.000.  More and more
frequently when using Reply to an email, I get a Microsoft Error message, it

I am about to change incoming mail server.  However I have alot of emails
and attachments that I want to keep.  It will be a week or more lapse between
companies.  Is it somehow possible to set up a hotmail address for outllook
and easily transfer all my files extra to that while ...

i have changed from bt dial up to sky broadband and my sky email is working
ok but outlook express is not working at all do i have to change  to the lan
settings and what are they it has address in the automatic configuration box
is this my email address also in the proxy server ...

I double-checked to make sure that a gmail address of mine was in fact
included in contact info of Outlook Express' Address book and *still* I'm
repeatedly seeing incoming messages from that account listed as 'Spam
Suspect' in OE's inbox (at least they aren't automatically going ...

consider the following scenario..
i am sending a mail to 10 people with their id in to and cc field. when the
receiver sees the message only his id should be visible and not the others.
how to do this without using the bcc option in Microsoft Outlook?

When I open OE, I get this msg: "Some errors occurred while processing the
requested tasks.  Pls review the list list of errors.

This is probably a rhetorical question-any way- when sending an e-mail you go
to format and check off "send picture with message" fine. Now where in one of
the menus can you keep it permently checked off ?? I did it on my other
accounts, but can't seem to find it on # ???.  Help

If I manually remove and reinstall outlook express, will I keep all my
existing outlook express folders and files intact on my computer ???

I'm using the XP backup utility to backup personal data and outlook express
files.  I use a combination of normal (run occasionally) and differential
(daily) backups.  The normal backup includes all files selected, and the
differential backup includes only files modified since ...

When I closed Outlook Express 6 last night everything was working fine. When
I opened Outlook Express this morning all my mail had disappeared and outlook
express had rebuilt itself as new although there wasn't any welcoming
messages like when it is first installed.

I have just loaded updates including explorer7,.. now my outlook express
keeps telling me I have to verify my password for hotmail... but it wont
accept it... just says invalid password... I can log in directly to hotmail
with the password but still cant access through express... ...

I have over 6000 emails in outlook express. I need to save them to my flash
drive or an external harddrive. I dont know how to save them.

Can anybody give any information as to what causes multiple copies of the
same email message to be downloaded into OE6?
What are any possible remedies?
