My partner gets a lot of adult spam mail in his Inbox and I can set up Mesage Rules to delete them if they contain certain words in the Subject or Message, but I cannot make a Rule and select don't dowload from server, as the Rule doesn't work. Why is this?

I notice this problem for a couple days now. I can get new hotmail email but I can't send mail out by my hotmailaccount. I have those accounts for at least 5 years so I shouldn't have hotmail new account problem.

Could anyone tell me if its possible to mark emails in outlook express as unread, once they've been opened? Im not really famous for my computer knowledge so clear simple instructions would be great. Thanks
