When I receive mail, I am not receiving the attachments that are included
with the messages. There is no icon showing that the message has attachments
either.   I have confirmed that the sender did attach the files.

I recently purchased a new computer and transferred all of my email files
from previous computer.  Now, I am not able to add new folders in Outlook
Express.  The New Folder option is not shaded and appears to be available,
but when I click on it, nothing happens.  I have tried ...

when I try to "send and receive" with Outlook Express 5.02 on Mac OSX 9, I
get an error message with code 1502. Access to the mail server is obtained
using POP3 protocol.

Can anyone help with a solution on how to accomplish a migration from
Outlook Express os9 to Outlook 2003 (winxp)???  I have to do this for 60+
computers at my company and was hoping 1) it was possible and 2) it is not a
tedious manual process

hello,  any feedback will be much apreciated.  I work on a ibookG4 and
i have never had any problems until recently.  when i try to retreive
or send messages i get an error message "end of file reached"  error
message -39.  thank you.

Each email I receive is duplicated at least once and sometimes more than
that.  I've contacted Dell (who did not have a solution) and referred me to
Microsoft.  Any suggestions?
