I installed outlook 5.0.6 in early Dec and it has been working fine.
Yesterday I was copying files to move them from my old imac to a new mac
mini and this morning when I went to check the email, the program opened

Recently while surfing with Internet Explorer, the download manager
downloaded a file so quickly I couldn't stop it. It appeared to just
snag it out of thin air. Now the file is sitting on my desk top and
refuses to be deleted. When I try to move it to the trash, it says it's

I have a client with an older mac running OS 9.2
He is getting the typical Mac memory error "type 2" when trying to run Outlook Express.
I had him delete the Internet Preferences file, no difference at all.
OE has worked fine for him for many many months, this is sudden.

Does anyone know how to imbed a graphic (gif) into an email so that it shows
up automatically upon the receiver opening their email? I'm using a Mac, OS
9.2.

Hi, I am having a great deal of difficulty transferring all of my old email
folders and identity from my old Mac Powerbook G3 OS 8.6, Microsoft Outlook
Express v. 5.0.5, to my new PC laptop which runs Microsoft Outlook Express
v. 6.

Could not retrieve mail from the account. A connection failure
has occurred.
This problems only arose recently .... can't find anything about it. Please

I just installed Outlook Express ont 2 of my Macs. Reception is ok, but when
i wanna send a mail it says "error -108" and refuses to send it. Anyone got

I am unable to open Outlook Express 5.0.6 using Classic 9.0 on my imac.
I get the following alert
"An error occured while lauching. The end of file was reached." Anyone
have a fix?
