I can't open my outlook express 5 the box says the OE Rules appears
corrupt. Rules cannot be used.

A customer of mine says she sometimes gets a green question mark (instead of
the usual @ sign next to an AOL address that she frequently sends to. She
says it does not happen 100% of the time.

I've sent HTML email using the SEND COMPLEX HTML script in the past, but
those have contained only text and URL links. I'm not trying to send one
that also includes a jpeg or gif image.
I have tried creating an html doc in word and Pagemaker with the image...

Hi. I hope someone here can help me.
I had to reinstall my MacOS due to a fatal crash. After I did this, it
had replaced my Outlook Express files and I've lost all of my account
information, emails, addresses.... everything!!

I'm running OS 9.2.2 and Outlook Express 5.0.6 on a G4 Power Mac. Since
installing a DSL modem in December, I haven't been able to open
attachments directly from OE like I could with dial-up. Attachment

I have large groups in my address book with email addresses that are not in
my regular address book. I need to manage these, i.e. search to see if an
address is already there so I do not duplicate, and find an address so that
I can delete it. Any suggestions> I have OE 5.01.
