Is there anybody who has been able to move successfully

Recently, I started getting occasional "Error Type 11" crashes immediately
upon sending an email. Sometimes, I can send fine, with or without
attachments. Other times, I think only WITH attachments, I get this crash

Could someone please tell me why I cannot open any emails
that have attatchments from only one of my friends. It
says OE HAS REMOVED ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UNSAFE
ATTACHMENTS IN YOUR MAIL: and it won't let me see

Last night my computer froze solid & I had to disconnect power to
reboot. When I did so, I noticed that all the messages in my Inbox
(about 700, I'm afraid) and a goodly portion of the ones in other
directories had turned into gibberish, including the attachments. Any

When I send and sometimes when I'm trying to receive my e=mail I get
a window that opens that says "End of File was reached" Explanation is
Error code - 39.
Any ideas what this means? I've been using OE for years and have

I'm using Outlook Express 5 on an iBook. I upgraded from os 9 to os 10.2.8.
If I want to use Express, I have to reboot in OS 9 to see my old mail.
If I open in OSX, Express doesn't display my old mail.
How do I move my mail and folder setup to Express when in OS X?

I am trying to send (via our ISP Freeserve, and email address provided by
Nameplanet) but think the settings are wrong, as sending fails and only
receiving works!
This happened once before a few months ago and we resolved it with help from
