Are there any methods out there for recovering messages accidentally deleted from the Deleted Items folder in Outlook 5.2 on a Mac? I see solutions for the PC versions but I haven't found anything for the Mac. Thanks for any help on this,

At least twice now when my eMac has crashed, I have restarted Outlook Express 5.0.6 to find several days worth of emails gone. Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it (and how to recover the lost emails!!!)? Thanks, Dan

this ones weird never seen it before and compacting database doesnt seem to work. a message appears in my inbox, i thn read it browse another folder in my list, go back to my inbox and then the message has dissapeared!!
