I have email account with VSNL. but they are not providing ISP service in

I open up an OE email, and there's a photo, a picture, whatever in it. Not
attached, but in it. Unlike others, when I put the cursur on it and hold down
the mouse, there is no window asking me what i want to do with it.
How do I download an OE enclosed picture to the desktop, or ...
