I was doing a little bit of housekeeping yesterday (Sunday 30 Nov) when, after dragging several emails to the Deleted Items folder, I quit out of Outlook Express Version 5.02, and my iMac with OS8.5 promptly crashed!

Can anyone tell me how to save my back e-mails to a disk. I don't know where the files(s) is that contains all of these e-mails, but the number of them is getting huge and seems to be taking up a lot of space on my hard disk.

All of a sudden, one day our Outlook Express started requesting a password. When the correct one is entered, we actually connect to our server and instantly are knocked off and given the message that our password is incorrect.

I'm unable to download my email using OE and a mac, and keep the following error message: filtration error -199. Does anyone know what it means? I don't have any filtrations set up on my mac.
