I need to find a fix for corrupted mailing lists. I have
Outlook Express and was checking my email, when I received
error message: Mailing lists are corrupted. It wouldn't let
me into my e-mail. I tried using Norton, disk utility

I'm trying HARD to get an HTML email put together in Outlook -- nothing
I've tried has been successful. How does one put together an HTML email
using Outlook (I've built the file in Dreamweaver, and it functions
perfectly in a browser) Express? Are there better email clients to do ...

I rebuilt my 5.0.2 database and then tried to install 5.0.6 as per the
download instructions, dragged the folder from its window on my desktop to
the external drive where 5.0.2
is located, but now I have two folders there, the new one with no

I'm having trouble launching Outlook Express using my
primary Identity.  I get error messages: "An error occurred
while launching" and "An I/O error occurred".
Can you please provide some direction as to how I can get

I am running Outlook Express on a Macintosh using OS9. I
had received an e-mail that has graphics and formatted text
and believe that it may have been designed in a special
software application.

Upon boot-up today I noticed that the favorites bar does not load.  It
was working yesterday when I shut down and have not made any changes
to prefs.  Any ideas will be gratefully accepted.

Quick question, does Outlook Express (OS X) play nice with
HTML?  I have a few users with this configuration that are
receiving blank HTML messages (composed mostly of img src
tags)

I'm running Microsoft Express 5 Macintosh Edition v. 5.0.6 under Mac
OS 9.1, and for no apparent reason I've ceased being able to send
mail. I still receive mail, but when I try to send mail, I get an
error message, -3259. It reads

I was doing a little bit of housekeeping yesterday (Sunday 30 Nov)
when, after dragging several emails to the Deleted Items folder, I
quit out of Outlook Express Version 5.02, and my iMac with OS8.5
promptly crashed!

When I click on "Mail" I get a message saying:  An internet config
error
occured.  Please varify the mail and news settings. I have checked the
mail prefs and they are the same as they have always been.  Any help

Can anyone tell me how to save my back e-mails to a disk.
I don't know where the files(s) is that contains all of
these e-mails, but the number of them is getting huge and
seems to be taking up a lot of space on my hard disk.

When launching Outlook Express for Mac 5.0.2 or 5.0.6 I receive the
following message:
"The preferences file will not open an unknown error (4361) has
occurred." This message is preceded by a Halt (Stop) Hand sign (icon)

All of a sudden, one day our Outlook Express started requesting a password.
When the correct one is entered, we actually connect to our server and
instantly are knocked off and given the message that our password is
incorrect.  

Does anyone know if it's possible to import messages from
Outlook Express 5.0x for Macintosh into Outlook XP or
Outlook Express 6 (PC)?

I'm unable to download my email using OE and a mac, and
keep the following error message: filtration error -199.  
Does anyone know what it means?  I don't have any
filtrations set up on my mac.
