Glad I found this Newsgroup...I have a user that says when
she prints her e-mails they are suddenly printing very,
very tiny, even though she has her font set to be 12. I'm
not sure which OE product she is using, but has a "Mail"

Does anyone would be able to explain me why every time I read an HTML message or open an attachment received in a mail, the file (HTML or attachment) will duplicate itself in my "Outlook Express Temp" folder?
This is really upsetting, because I will end up with more than just one ...

E-mail messages are directly going into the deleted items folder as well. I
do not have any rules set up. Please let me know how to correct this.

I have a message I am unable to read or delete. The second I click on it,
I'm frozen. The message appears to have an attachment, but I cannot do
anything with it, including delete because the system freezes, and scrambles
visually.

I've been using OE5.06 on Mac OS 9.2.2 without problems. Suddenly, this
week, I get a fatal system error when I try to send a mail message. On
restart, the message has been saved in the Outbox so there is nothing lost
besides time. It's a nuisance, of course, and I'd like to know ...

I have used OE for a long time. Have never had this happen

I can't take it any more... Every time I open OE, after viewing 2 or
3 emails, my system locks up... hangs... i wait and wait... nothing.
I have waited over 30 minutes just to see if it was trying to do
something, but nothing. The mouse still moves, but i can not click on
