I have OE 4.5 for MacOS 8.6. I used to be able to drag messages from one folder to another. It no longer allows that. Reinstalling hasn't helped. How do I regain that ability?

i added message rules to mail such as delete from server letters that have penis and viagra in the message body but those letters are not blocked from coming to my oe 6.

I have moved, my server and e-mail address have changed, and I'm using a different iMac. Is there a way to access/import/"move" my information to my new Mac and thus have access to my old e-mails, addresses, etc? Sincerely, Lyssa

I tried sending a batch of photos as attachments via OE on Tuesday. Delivery failed becuase of the large file size. But now my OE (v. 5 on iMac 350) is totally inaccessible. Just after the OE window opens, I get the following
