This is not exactly a Mac issue but the monitor do connected to
my iMac, so it is related. :-) I use a Neovo F-419 as my iMac
second monitor through Mini-DVI to VGA adapter. The monitor has
been working for almost 2 year - 1 year as iMac second monitor -

Hi everyone. Beige G3 tower, OS 9. Trying to connect two printers to
the machine for a friend, to pick from in the chooser. Color SW and a
4/600. I replaced her external serial modem with the internal one
that plugs onto the stock audio board, to free up the 2nd serial port.

This MDD is new to me, and ran fine for a few days until I added a
second DVD and USB 2.0 PCI card; it has 2GB ram.
The hang occurs within the hour after booting, so I figured it must be a
heat issue; been reading here and the web and notice that folks opt to

A friend wants to take an analog video tape and transfer the movie to a DVD.
What is needed to do this with a Mac? I have an iMac G5, os 10.4.10.

As per heading. I'm thinking of bidding for an airport express which
only has a US plug. Will the (white) adaptor from my powerbook power
pack fit this? It looks as if it might, but I can't be sure...

I have an extra 5.25" Pioneer internal DVD burner I want to put to use
and am looking at external enclosures for it, preferably with Firewire
connections. My main question is, are fans necessary? I could
understand for an external harddrive, but some posts elsewhere imply
