For some reason my Kingston DataTraveler DT1/1GB (http://
www.kingston.com/flash/datatraveler.asp) doesn't mount when I insert
it.
However, Growl recognizes it and tells me:

I have a MacBook Pro with a German keyboard and I would like to change
this for a UK keyboard.  One option is to take out the old keyboard and
put in a new one, however I think it might be easier to replace (some
of) the keytops.  Obviously I want to minimise the risk to the keys ...

I have a G4 Quicksilver 2002 whose Ethernet port is dead (it was
plugged into a router that got fried by lightning).  I want to put a
PCI Ethernet card in it, but both of the cards I have tried so far do
nothing.  Doesn't even show in System Profiler that any PCI card is

I just got one of the new aluminum keyboards. Although I really like
the form factor and the typing quality, none of the keys seem to work
right. Yes, I have installed the updater.

I have a PowerMac G4 QS with a damaged hard drive. I know nothing
about Mac's so my Question is can I replace it with any hard drive
from any manufacturer? E.e.I got a 10GB and I'd like to replace it by
a 40GB HD. Thx

I have a Panasonic camcorder that uses a USB2.0 connection and I can't for
the life of me get imovie to accept an import.  Is there another way to get
OSX to allow video importing via USB2.0?

I'm looking to pick up a USB "flash drive", either in a 4gb or 2gb size.
I've no prior experience with these things, and have been browsing around
trying to learn more. There seem to be _A LOT_ of them available.

I just installed a pioneer DVR-112DSV IDE DVD burner on my mac -- I
replaced the old one which would cut deep grooves into any cd or dvd
