I have a MacPro with two 500 GB drives. When I initially set the system
up, I planned to just use the second drive as a simple backup.

Here's a new one for me.  We got a new printer/scanner/copier combo, a
Samsung SCX 4200. It's connected via USB to a PowerMac 9600. G3 500 upgrade
card.  Running OS X 10.3.9 through XPostFacto. 528M RAM One way cable modem.
Every time we print the modem disconnects. No exceptions.  ...

Just got handed a 6400/200 which has a messed up
verion of 8.6 on it.  It hesitates real bad.  I have seen
articles on how to speed up the cpu but nothing
about putting in a faster hd.  Is this possible?

I was given two Powermacs. A 5200cd and a 5500/225. Both are supposed to
work. One has no hard drive and the   other has a "bad" 1.6 Quantum ide hd.
