It's upgrade time for my DA G4 733 and I'm thinking of either:
-Mac Mini Intel Core Duo (1.66GHz) w/20" widescreen (Viewsonic or Dell
for around $400)
-iMac 20" Intel Core Duo (2GHz)

I need some advice. I will be filming a wedding using a Sony Hi-8
Digital camcorder. I will be putting the video unedited onto 2 sets of
DVD's. One set will be NTSC encoded, and the other PAL encoded. I will

I had a strange problem today about 10 minutes after I booted up my
computer, an original-type iMac. The display started making quick "jumps"
to the right by maybe 2 pixels each time. It eventually went all the way to
the right, leaving no "black space" on the right side and twice ...

when i print out anything when i'm using os X 10.3.9 it comes out very
very faint. this is true for netscape, safari, a pdf, something in
word, photshop, etc.
if am back using system 9 and print anything, it comes out clear &

Well, just took delivery of a new MacBook a couple of days ago.
