| iPod battery question | 16 Mar 2005 22:51 GMT | 5 |
Is it better for an iPod if I charge its battery whenever possible (I use my iPod in my car, but I bring it into the house every night), or should I let its charge run out completely before I charge it up again? It's a brand new iPod photo, and I don't want its battery to get ...

| Airport Extreme in Mac Mini | 16 Mar 2005 05:28 GMT | 8 |
How easy is it for a computer literate home user to put an Airport Extreme card into a Mac Mini? Cancom in Brighton told me it was not simply a case of slotting the card in but that 'something else has to be changed by the engineer'...True or are they simply scouting for work?

| Mac mini concept | 16 Mar 2005 04:05 GMT | 3 |
Does anyone know the physical size of the internal CD drive vs. the hard drive in a mini? I'm wondering if it would be possible to put 2 hard drives in a mini and get rid of the optical drive. They both use the same ATA connector, right? I'm sure you'd need to secure it ...

| Does Planar PX191 swivel work on Mac? | 14 Mar 2005 01:14 GMT | 1 |
I'm looking to get a monitor to attach to my new 15" Albook. The Planar PX191 LCD Monitor looks intriguing: you can change between portrait or landscape by rotating the monitor. However, I couldn't find a definitive statement that it would work on a Mac: Does it?

| Battery life on bluetooth keyboard & mouse | 13 Mar 2005 23:02 GMT | 4 |
I'm thinking of getting an iMac with the bluetooth keyboard and mouse (and WiFi, of course, I've declared war against wires). What I'm afraid of is battery life. I've got a Kensington wireless mouse which needs new batteries every few weeks. It's a real pain in the butt.
