A friend of my just got an Airport Express and can't get it to connect to his
Comcast high speed cable service. The folks at Comcast have been absolutely
no help, and the folks at Apple (downtown store in San Francisco) have also
not been any help.

I just bought my first mac and I would like to connect to the inet.
What is my best approach? Can I get a wireless card or some external
wireless setup? I have no USB, But I wonder if I can convert the
serial to USB. Then I would need the drivers.

I have an old iMac with picture problems. The problems started when I
opened the case to fix the CD-ROM, and I accidentally dropped a small
screw into the machine... I had to pick it up and carefully rotate it

I have a external hard drive (Western Digital) and also a DVD writer
(HP 200e) and they both have USB 2.0 and FireWire connection. I wonder
if I'll have any issues with trying to use them with a Mac.
