So I'm thinking about buying a G4 powerbook and started to wonder...
Any thoughts on when Apple will stuff the G5 into a laptop? Trying to
avoid buyers remorse..

I’m looking to put together an external DVD-RW dual layer drive using
ADS Tech’s external housing.   Can any body recommend a good dual
layer dvd-rw drive to purchases that will work with a MAC?

how can i get digital video from my beige g3 minitower av to a graphic g4
with no video i/o's
the g3 has svideo and composite i/o's so somewhere in there is some
digital video

Does anyone know if the on-board video card on a non-minitower beige G3 300
can be used with panther (which I am, obviously  trying to install with
ExPostFacto)? Or will it cause the whole installation to fail?
Or will it be OK but just make the unit work in 16 colour low resolution

to 9.0. I've connected the HL-1440 to a wireless g print server which is fed

My cd burner was'nt working so I restarted but it won't get past the
"apple" symbol and the fan begins to get louder and louder with no

Hello everyone.  This is my first time posting here.  I want to let

The onboard NIC in a friend's PowerMac recently went completely dead
