I currently have a home network setup for my pc's and would like to connect
my mac to the current wireless network that exists.  Can I do this with the
new Airport Express and if so, how?

I have two options for dumping Hi8 video into my mac.  I have a Sony
EV-C200 Hi8 deck which I have been running through a Sony Media
Converter to run into my firewire port on the computer.  Would it be
any more or less advantageous to play footage on my Sony

I have a brand new Dell DJ (won in contest, never used, still in box)
that I'd like to trade for your iPod.

my monitor has a green tint over it. sometimes it flickers for a
second then gets back to normal.  i haven't changed anything before
or after it happened. any hints? cheers

In the olden days, it was possible to buy an expansion chassis for
OS-8.x, however that is probably not possible any more for OSX, given
the complexity of Apple's newest OS.
What do people do when they need more PCI slots, buy an additional Mac?

Does anyone use this Belkin USB peripheral switch with their Mac? The
softare isn't working with my Mac on OS X 10.3.5.

I'm on OS 9.2.2. and DiskWarrior version 2.1, which I think is the
highest for OS 9.2.2. I've got OS 10.3.x, but don't use it much.
The internal ATA hard disk I keep all my important stuff on doesn't ever

My employer wants me to report back on the differences between the
iMac G5 ethernet chipset and the G5 tower chipset.  It apparently
wasn't enough that I report back that the iMac G5 only does 10/100
whereas the G5 tower does gigabit. They want more.  Does anyone know

I'm planing to buy a brand new 15'' Powerbook to replace my aging
550Mhz TiBook on Monday.
My question is: how to make an exact replica of the Ti's hard-drive
content to the new one ? Cause i don't want to reconfigure everything

Hi I have g4 agp and having power failed during startup.
The symptom is when I power up, fan is start running with single beep
and front light is on but power goes off within a seconds.
G4 even don't spit out diagonsys message beep because power goes off

My Dad is having trouble with a Canon CanoScan scanner (unknown model
designation) and 10.3.x Panther. First the proved-to-be-OK-with 9.2.2
Classic GUI app and driver started to fail, then the "supposedly ready
for the updates" OS X set, once installed, couldn't see the scanner and

Slot-loading CRT iMac 350 MHz. 2 USB ports, ethernet, modem, audio in &
out.
Any way to add Firewire to this machine?

for a PCI tuner card to use for PVR use, and ideally FM radio
