iMac OS 9 - Hard disk fails to spin up after spinning down.
This requires a reboot to fix ..potentially losing files and work

In addition there is an alarming rattle on spin down.

My USB zip drive will recognize and mount other zip disks, but with

when I stick the disk in, it makes noise as if it's mounting (NOT the

My AsanteTalk Appletalk-ethernet adapter recently died.  Looking for

I have an XP 200GB external Firewire drive and need to connect to a Mac
