How can I configure mail.app so that unread "spam" messages are marked
"read", and therefore don't display an unread count on the dock icon?

I'm astonished - I've just got two emails from o2 confirming that the 3g
upgrade had gone through and details sent to the warehouse for delivery!
I had pretty much given up hope, as during the web process I had only
got the "thank you for your order" page and not had an order number ...

Is there a way to get .mov files onto an iPod Touch?
I have a few that I'd like to take with me (generated on a Lumix) and
iTunes 7.6 refuses to put them onto my iPod.

I was syncing my iPod this morning and noticed that a couple of
podcasts were out of date. iTunes showed a "!" icon next to these, and
when I clicked on that it said (something like) "iTunes has stopped
updating this podcast because you haven't listened to any episodes
