Did anyone catch whether the GPS can be used for driving directions,
liek a standard car GPS (including points of interest, audio navigation,
dah-de-dah)?
I didn't notice any mention of it - just something about stalking

opens?

I've been having a good look at my hard drive layout now I have the MB
up and running.
I have the G5 all set up ready to sell, so I have to following left.
The MB will have a 250GB internal drive in the next couple of days.

My iMac G5 just expired.
After a few weeks of weirdness with the Bluetooth, AirPort, and more recently
the LAN port, it now won't power on.
No bong, no fans, no nothing when the power button is pressed. I've checked

I've just been given a G4 Cube.
What should I do with it?

Looks nice. All the controls have been reduced in size slightly, and
gives more room for the browser pane. Otherwise, unchanged in use (as
good as usual :-).

Gah!  What *is* the point of the Services menu?  I just needed to save some
of the text of a USENET article into a text file:
- Highlight the required text
- Services -> Textedit

A couple of months ago Apple replaced my 18-month old MacBook Pro
battery for free under their battery replacement scheme. At the time I
