Does isync only sync from the address book to a phone and not in the other direction? I thought I could use it to back up contact information on my wife's phone to her account on the imac. I suppose that makes some sense but it's not quite what I expected to happen based

So how will shareware (or commercial apps with a trial period) fit into the new App Store? I have a feeling.... they won't. So how will we know whether an app suits before handing over the readies?

My copy of the Aspen iPhone simulator has no settings available for Contacts. The other settings (at least for the apps included on Aspen) all function as on a real iPhone. Is anyone else seeing this?

I almost hesitate to ask in this bastion of the SLR, but... I'm after a truly simple, small camera that preferably doesn't need a dock for recharging - recharging over USB would be ideal in fact. 5 megapixels fine, anything else considered a bonus. And Mac happiness is

I moved the Airport Extreme 3 feet to the left of its location, this caused the eMac downstairs to start intermittently dropping the connection. Seems location, location does matter. Jay

A frend's Mac running Panther and Mail 1.3 has decided to lose his Mail account. Instead of the acocunt and the Inbox he expects to see, it only seems to know of a .Mac account (which he doesn't use).
