I have several DVDs of old home movies each of which contains several
chapters.  I'd like to produce a single compilation DVD of certain chapters
from each DVD.  
Any thoughts how I could do this?   If I rip the contents, I just get a

I have a friend who's been using a Tangerine CRT iMac for several years.
She used it to do an MA in paleantology and has an extensive archive of
emails in OE that she's like to keep, and an extensive lot of files
generated in ClarisWorks that she also wants.
