I have a 500 gig external USB2 drive where I keep backup, music and video
files. I use TM but not currently for full backups - I'd like to change that.

As a full time Mac support person I often get asked why I don't use an
iPhone. I say a) it's expensive and I don't need another iPod; and b) because
it's on Vodafone who as a company do nothing for me and I'm really pleased

On my MacBook (Leopard), when I press Shift-Cmd-4, then press Space, I
can take a snapshot of a window.
On my iMac (also Leopard), when I do the same thing, I can still take a
