MacJanitor27 Jan 2008 23:46 GMT2
With 10.3.9, as the Mac wasn't left awake overnight, I used MacJanitor
to do the housekeeping while I was still conscious.
Am I right to assume that with 10.4.11 this is no longer necessary- that
it will do the missed housekeeping at the next possible opportunity?

styluses don't work; the touch screen appears to use the capacitance of

Macbook Mouse27 Jan 2008 15:53 GMT3
I could do with a small mouse for my Macbook - I guess as the Mac has

iTunes advice needed27 Jan 2008 14:47 GMT3
I'm having a couple of weird problems with iTunes. Every time I start
it up it shows a little exclamation mark against every song. However
the songs are there - if I double-click them they play. The other
problem is that there are duplicate copies listed for some of the

HELP - Can't format or partition harddisk under either MacOS X nor WinXP ...27 Jan 2008 07:55 GMT6
I have a 2.5in hard disk (Hitachi Travelstar 60 GB, bought used on eBay in

I thought about putting it in my G4 (hard disk in there just died), and I
can see the drive under OS X but when I try to format or partition it then

too old, it has 1.0.3 and the driver will only work with 1.0.6 or
