Can anyone recommend any software for creating a Mac tutorial DVD? I
want to record my screen as I demo some stuff, add a voiceover, and burn
to DVD as different chapters, accessible through a DVD menu. It would be
nice to 'zoom in' to areas of the screen and maybe also to have a ...

I have noticed that AVI format seems to takes longer than MPG to convert. I

I've lost mine.
I know some of those on Ebay are really cheap and nasty and have bad fitting
plugs. But I'd imagine an official Apple one will be overpriced.
