We're all doomed...31 Dec 2007 22:50 GMT-
The US military are using Xserve's for security reasons. Apparently
this'll cause an increase in people looking to attack Mac Os systems.
We're all doomed (again).

installing Canoscan LiDE25 problem31 Dec 2007 22:21 GMT2
I have had a Canoscan working fine with my PC for a year or so. Now I
have a new iMac which is working great.
However I am having trouble connecting with the scanner.
I installed the toolbox, which works ok.
Killing Fags31 Dec 2007 22:04 GMT9
Why isn't it legal?
If it were, I'd be out there RIGHT NOW slaughtering every fag I saw.
The only good fag, is a DEAD fag.
What Is Linux?31 Dec 2007 19:28 GMT4
Linux is a free operating system that was created by Linus Torvalds
when he was a student at the University of Helsinki in 1991. Torvalds

- partly from scratch and partly by using publicly available
Ping: Steve Firth (Epson V200)31 Dec 2007 18:27 GMT1
Have you tried the V200 with negatives? If so, how did it go? I have about 50
sets of negs, & New Year's resolution #1 is to scan 'em.

Searching in Mail 3.131 Dec 2007 16:33 GMT16
Well, I've done it! A week ago I retired my noisy old G4 Quicksilver
tower in favour of a new iMac.
I'm still climbing up the learning curve - going straght from 10.3.9 to
10.5.1 is something of a culture shock.

MacBook Pro streaming video stutter?31 Dec 2007 00:53 GMT18
This is a problem I have been trying to puzzle out for a while, and have
posted a couple of things on the subject before now. Things have changed
a bit since I last posted, but I'm probably still repeating myself a
bit.

Garmin GPS and OS X30 Dec 2007 20:29 GMT3
Has anyone got any experience of using Garmin handheld GPS (e.g. 60
series) with OS X? While the Garmin website seems to have 'the Mac'
equivalents for their software I seem to recall that support has been
patchy and users have had problems in the past.

Anyone having .Mac hassles at the moment? Mail has, again, fallen over
and I need to reset all my mail accounts. Trouble is I can't actually
synchronise at the moment - doesn't look like it's responding.
