Leopard and subversion29 Oct 2007 14:41 GMT1
OK - svn is now included and that's good. Has anyone tried hosting a
repository on it using the built-in web server though?
Also, I have an /etc/httpd and an /etc/apache2 (I foolishly did upgrade
instead of Archive & Install which I had planned to - don't ask). Which
MacExpo 200729 Oct 2007 13:35 GMT8
We were there today, and rather dissapointed because there was *NO* Apple
stand there.
I used to like to see all the newest models lined up and ready for a free
fumble. Today........

Apple aluminium USB keyboard, wired.29 Oct 2007 10:06 GMT7
I played with one of these at the Expo, and I thin it looked and felt
great. Okay, I still prefer the Matias but that's the nicest keyboard
Apple have mad since the Nimitz.
Looking at the specs, it says it needs OS10.4.10 or later. Why on earth?
Leopard Scrollbars29 Oct 2007 09:09 GMT12
Does Leopard still support having a pair of arrows at each end of a
scroll bar. When the iLife 08 apps came out some of them broke this
option and I wondered if this is noew the case across the board.
Interesting program: Art text29 Oct 2007 07:58 GMT3
A benefit of going to the Expo! - I discovered this program via the
BeLight software stand. Not that I saw them demonstrating it directly,
they seemed much more interested in showing off their Prinfolio suite -
a set of programs specialised at particular design tasks, one for

Amazingly Scary Redirect Problem http://www.yourseoconsulting.com/blog/
With Halloween just around the corner, it's time to talk scary TV.
And, no, we don't mean the latest "Monsterfest" on AMC or a spine-
chilling episode of "Dexter." Those are scary in a good way.

Odd IMAP thing shown up by Leopard28 Oct 2007 23:47 GMT1
Was beginning to think I'd hit an issue in Leopard with deleting mail
from some IMAP accounts, but I've actually just discovered the issue
must have been in Tiger.
I was getting the following error message when trying to delete mail
Odd trouble launching an app28 Oct 2007 23:41 GMT19
I just updated Google Earth from v3 to v4. After dropping it into
/Applications, doubleclicking it results in a Finder message saying
"You cannot open the application "Google Earth" because it may be
damanged or incomplete".
Leopard Dashboard broken!28 Oct 2007 23:08 GMT3
I've just launched Dashboard for the first time since installation
only to find that it's borked! Upon launch, I was presented with a
blank 'screen' but, clicking on any widget (even the 'official' Apple
ones) has the effect of closing the Dash (as if you'd clicked outside
