The iPod Cock06 Oct 2007 21:08 GMT6
Does anyone know if Apple have any plans to release an iPod that you
control with your cock?
Belkin could make an add-on for women called the iCunt. Which is
basically a device that goes up twats and controls the iPod Cock.

Help.  How do i fix this problem in iTunes06 Oct 2007 12:33 GMT2
I used to have an issue with iTunes with my old ipod when syncing it only

and disc can't be read or written to'  I used to think this was my ipod as it

Parallels Vs. Fusion06 Oct 2007 12:06 GMT7
Is there a  reason to choose either Fusion or Parallels ahead of the
other in order to run XP Pro on a MacBook with 2GB ram?
Maybe BootCamp is sufficient for dabbling.

DOCX problem06 Oct 2007 12:06 GMT9
I'm having a few probs with Word 2007 files. They open OK in Pages
except when they arrive through email as zipped attachments.
When uncompressed they just appear as a folder and Pages won't recognise
it as a package (or whatever the document is).

MacSoup font weirdness06 Oct 2007 04:12 GMT-
The fonts in my MacSoup have gone all peculiar. The menu titles are
Verdana, and although the menus drop down, they're just big blank
rectangles. And the main window font has become very small and squished.
I expect it's just the font caches have got fubarred, and a logout and

Gif items05 Oct 2007 21:26 GMT8
I forwarded myself an email from work that had an animated gif in the
message.  When I viewed the email the gif was not animated, should I be
looking at my macBook or could the problem be with the sending of the email
from my work PC.
Movies in adobe reader05 Oct 2007 20:12 GMT3
Anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of media formats that
will play in Adobe reader 8?  Adobe's documentation is frankly useless.
I've got a wmv file that I want to play in a PDF presentation but as
it uses Flip4Mac WMV player rather than just quicktime it rejects ...

KVM 4 DVI +USB K/M?05 Oct 2007 19:40 GMT-
Anyone using a KVM switch for DVI plus USB kbd and mouse please (if so
what make / model etc)?
In this application it's possible that one (either) machine may be off
so a virtual / VNC type solution isn't possible.
The Apple shrine05 Oct 2007 15:10 GMT10
Every so often I think I have too many computers, and go on a purge.
Down to five at the moment, of which three are daily use (my laptop,
Caz's laptop, a set-top box Mac Mini), one being prepared for eaby'ing
and the final Shall Not Leave My Presence (the C64).
Condensed font05 Oct 2007 12:17 GMT64
I've finally nailed down a long-standing problem with fonts, and need some
help.
I have an RTF document in TextEdit. There are two paragraphs therein, one of
which contains text which is slightly squashed up: the letters are all
