I have a C2D Macbook Pro with a 160gb disk (currently 40gb used). I make
regular backups of it using Superduper to a Raid1 (2x500gb) array. Most
of my pictures and videos are also stored on the raid on a data partition.

With the various comments about degraded sound quality I wondered if

It's not a complaint, it's what I'd like.
