Does anyone have any wireless diagnostic tips?

My Airport wireless is really slow tonight, like taking 2 seconds to

I am on the lookout for a 'GraphicConverter' for audio files. Searching
for something to convert formats between M4A, MP3, OGG etc. returns a
bewildering array of applications, some of which look and feel iffy.
So, in the view of this NG, for free/shareware audio format ...

Today's Macupdate promo. I quite like this. A Safari add-on that
downloads movies, YouTubes for example, converts to mp4 and sticks them
into iTunes library with just one click. I know there are other ways and
