I was wondering if anyone here had this Ipod and if anyone knew whether
the vibrations are controlled by the music?
Much thanks!
Twelve Proofs that Muhammad is a True Prophet05 Sep 2007 10:16 GMT2
My brothers and sisters everywhere! With this essay, I am not singling
out the adherents of Islam - to which I ascribe - but rather I am
writing this essay to every man and woman throughout the whole world.
I ask Allah that He facilitates tat this essay reaches every ear,
Connecting PC to Airport network05 Sep 2007 09:44 GMT5
I'm trying to connect a Dell laptop to my Airport but it won't accept
the short password that I'm nearly sure I used to connect the Macs to
Airport. It says that the password must be more than 5 characters!I
sense that the solution is easy and perhaps some kind soul could point

[Slightly OT] Anyone with an Apple 2?05 Sep 2007 06:50 GMT3
If so, I don't suppose you have an Apple Super Serial card that you've
just been _dying_ to get rid of, have you?
I need an Apple 2 serial card that will obey the <ctrl>A or <ctrl>I
command after doing in IN#2
Very odd Safari problem05 Sep 2007 00:57 GMT5
Every night, without fail, for about 10-15 minutes, and always at 11pm,
Safari decides it's not going to load any web pages.
It just sits there with the 'loading' tab showing and the little circle
pulsating.

MacBook won't go to sleep04 Sep 2007 22:24 GMT24
A friend has a MacBook. If it's sent to sleep, it will wake up again
after a few seconds. This happens with the lid closed too.
Any idea what might be causing this?
It sounds to me like some sort of hardware issue.
These stained MacBook cases....04 Sep 2007 21:51 GMT3
Mine has been suffering from it since it was a month old - it's now 8
months old.
However, I'm reluctant to phone up to have it sorted, as I don't have an
Apple Store anywhere near me - and I don't want to send my MacBook away
Daily journal?04 Sep 2007 21:05 GMT4
Anyone recommend a daily journal/diary?
Just started college & need to keep a journal. Hmmm...thinking about it (as I
can get on a Mac at college straight after classes), maybe an online journal?
Cheers ... Mark

Airport cards for G3 iMac - is someone joking on price?04 Sep 2007 20:21 GMT323
Just been searching on ebay - they seem to be £70 plus, in my case for
a 350Mhz G3 iMac, a £14 adapter. That's considerably more than the
computer itself is worth. Is this right, or are there cheaper places?
If it's right, would this Mac be fast enough to cope with WPA 802.11g
