How close to the edge can one get in an Aperture book? That is, if I
prepare a book with a photo that runs exactly to the edge of the page:
       how much of it is likely to be cropped
       am I likely to end up with a gap to the edge of the page?

I'm trying to help a third party who has just switched from PC to Mac.
She has MSN as her ISP apparently and has been told by the "genius" at
the local Apple Store that it's not possible to use Mail.app with MSN.
This sounds suspicious to me - surely it would just be Exchange or ...

I use the Apple address book for all my contacts, and Apple Mail.
I need to import and use the contents of an Outlook Express address
book.
So far I have exported that to a csv file which opens nicely in Excel,

OK, so I agree it was a stupid idea but, I popped into my local
(Preston) PC World today to see if they had a copy of iLife for sale.
The sad, pathetic shelf that used to contain Mac software now contains
