I'm watching the keynote whilst working. Just dawned on me - the new

Can I ask folk for their recommendations for email clients. I am at
present trying Firefox but it crashes on me regularly. I have a licence
for Powermail but it almost grinds to a halt after a few days of using
it and it's mail deletion is incredibly slow.

Macs are all over this film, except for a scene with a Dell Optiplex

Does anyone know of a way to burn or mount these on a Mac?
They appear to be a proprietory optical disc image format.
(I have 2 Windows install discs imaged as UIF files..... needed the
media to go with an XP MCE COA)

I've just upgraded to a Macbook Pro and, rather than get rid of my
2004 Power PC G5, I'd like to use it as an external monitor for my
Macbook Pro. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I often have to swap between different networks (using CISCO VPN). I am
looking for a convenient way to switch the Safari proxy settings when

Anyone come across a macbook pro making a long beep noise when you
press the power button. I think I am holding it down a few seconds
more to get any action from it but when it turns kick in there is a

G4, there is some humming, then nothing.

I have a 12" mono (b/w) Compaq (Model:411) VGA monitor going spare.
I know it is bigger than what you were looking for to go in the SE
