My firewall is blocking pings from my ISP so I'm thinking of adding the ISP's
IP address to the 'Trusted Group'. If I add the address using wildcards (e.g.
89.100.*.*) would that be wise? In other words, do all IP addresses starting
with 89.100 belong to the ISP?

My MacBook has developed an annoying little noise.  It's hard to
describe but is a kind of clunky tick type of noise.  It seems to be
coming from the right hand side of the machine, and possibly towards the
front.

formatted wrongly and consequently print wrongly. I need a quick way of
