I've had a Macbook pro dropped in that won't start iTunes - "iTunes quit
unexpectedly..." errors after a couple of seconds.
I've tried dumping the app and reinstalling, deleteing the iTunes plists
from the user's ~/Library/Preferences/ folder, and moving the iTunes

actions doesn't acknowledge that the MX1000 mouse (model M-RAG97) has
left'n'right tilts on the scrollwheel.

I have got some 250MB of mail that is in a format where each message is
in a separate file, each file starts with a series of "Received" lines.
How can I import all this into mail.app?
I did try a program that was supposed to merge all the separate files in

with a delivery date of the 4th-5th July. Yesterday it said dispatched
